[At least the Apple store has remain largely untouched. Not that Newt has anything that can connect to the wifi, but that doesn't stop him from messing around on the store displays. He's here to wind down after, uh, all that... And he's eating a McFlurry. This is typical by now.

So of course Kaiba would be here. Oh well, they should talk anyway.]

About six weeks without being erased, apparently. What do you need?

With the way Jacopo had been bound and the bolt cutters, interrogation was already on people's minds. Made more sense for that to go in combination with a so-called truth serum than with poison. It didn't get us any closer to the culprit, however.

Been thinking about it, is all. I think we know every other killer by now except the one that did Jacopo in. You think the bolt cutters really were used for torture, then?

I'm not sure, now. I hadn't thought Kurosaki was a Reaper...my timeline could've been completely off. ...Though I imagine we could just ask one of the Reapers now, right?

You think Ichigo had something to do with Jacopo's death? How do you figure? [...] Or are you saying that a Reaper from the other team killed him?

I've thought he had something to do with the arrangement of Nakahara's body for a while. But if he was a Reaper, who's to say he didn't interact with the other scene as well?

--Before you get too excited, I don't have a specific theory I'm pushing. With the other distractions this week, I haven't had the time for a deep dive into this. I can't give more than impressions and gut feelings.

Speaking of distractions, what was up with you pushing to vote for Max?

Just thinking outside of the rules we were initially presented. It's not a sustainable alternative, though; no one can pact without him.

Yeah, he's undoubtedly useful. So why was his name an option, but Akira's wasn't? The game can't progress without either of them, but Max especially.

I am asking you. You advocated for it. You said Mary would be a better voting option, too.

The only acceptable win condition is to get everyone out of here, Erased included. Which means we keep the game going until we figure out what we have to do to do that. If that means voting for an innocent or a child instead of a killer, so be it.

Alright, but we had other options beyond just the kids. Before Seizaburo and Mutsu stepped up, even. Why not vote for them? Hell, why not throw yourself up for the vote if you really didn't want to axe Akira?

Someone has to die next week, too. And then you can take care of the Kurusu mafia you're so worried about. There won't be any more use for him next week, or the others you're afraid of, either.

I'm not afraid of them. They haven't been on my radar for weeks. If Akira wanted me dead, he would've had ample opportunity to do me in.

Then I'm not really sure what you're getting at here. I haven't made any tirade against anyone. My only goal at this point is to clear this excuse for a game.
