week 5 - ichigo - thursday
[Newt actually does the smart thing this week and tracks down Ichigo himself before this becomes An Issue. Like 298372934 people have told him to go to a fuckin' healer, so here he is.
He plops down in the seat across from Ichigo. He's eating a McFlurry.]
You mind healing me again? I don't want to cause a distraction at the trial in case anyone decides to rip my shirt off again.

Ichigo looks up, startled - he's been writing on a piece of paper, which he tucks away too quickly for Newt to get any of beyond a few words at the top - 'Reaper', 'Players', 'Judged', and 'Trust'.
When his writing is safely tucked away, Ichigo looks over at Newt, raising an eyebrow.]
Again? The hell happened this time?
[He takes out his badge and slaps it on Newt's arm, just like before. How's the damage this time?]

Magnus and Taako found out about Jacopo. Magnus, uh, thought I deserved an ass-kicking. [Judging from his tone, he doesn't necessarily think Magnus was wrong.
The beating was mostly reserved to a few punches to the gut, so it's not awful, but he doesn't want to take any chances. Especially since he miiight have cracked a couple of ribs.
He didn't miss that paper, though.]

Truth is, that paper Taako found from max? Talking about how most of the Reapers were newbies?
I could have told you that was obvious. There's been a lot of dumb mistakes they've made.

I know, yeah. Same here. I think that's what most of us want, at this point. There might be a couple of outliers who still think taking you all out is the way to go, but the majority? I think we're on the same page. All the Reapers want the same thing now, don't they?
